Today I woke up to find out that Poly Styrene, leader of X-Ray Spex, died at age 53. My condolences go out to her family and friends.
Like a lot of people, the one song that immediately comes to mind when I think of X-Ray Spex is ‘Identity’. Yeah it’s almost mainstream, but I like it.
